Girls Rock It

The Girls Rock It Club will host a school wide female workshop to educate girls on issues around self-esteem, body confidence, empowerment, nutrition and health related issues.
Goals of Workshops: The goal of the workshops is to offer multiple stations that provide interactive activities about fitness, nutrition, self-esteem and body confidence as well as have motivational speakers and events. The Girls Rock It Club hopes that this will increase participation in the club for our after school and lunch activities throughout the years.

Girls are under more pressure than ever to be perfect. By engaging experts in their appropriate field, our female student population will have access to professionals who can help them navigate through the challenging teenage "girl" years. Whether by healthy living or tackling more sensitive topics, Girls Rock It provides our students with the opportunity to hear key messages in a safe and collaborative peer network setting.
