Dude, that's not cool

MY VOICE - OUR RIGHTS

This is a student driven project that I implemented to a certain degree at my previous school. I would like to being it to the students at my current school. The crux of this is using the phrase "Dude, that's not cool." as a way to deal with issues that arise in the school, such as bullying, or other questionable conduct, as opposed to being a bystander. The intention is that the phrase is used as a road into the dialogue about holding members of our school community accountable.

Update (June 27, 2014)

The plan is to do a full launch at the beginning of next year. At the first assembly of the year, students will share the campaign, and hand out wristbands that share the message. It is largely a campaign based upon student voice, and student responsibility for their actions in the community.

Update (June 27, 2014)

There are a number of posters that we've already created for the campaign, and we've brainstormed a handful more that we can add. Our art team will be looking at those over the summer.
