Warming Hearts through our Creative Hands

Templeton Academy Grade 5 to Level 3 students are excited about forming a Knitting Club to learn and share traditional knitting skills. The Knitting Club will meet with Seniors, Craftspeople, Artists and Knitting Circles in the area to learn from their expertise. Through the skills learned, students will use their new and/or refined talents to knit blankets and other items to help the ill and needy in our local area and across Canada through such organizations as Blankets for Canada, Project Linus, and local service organizations.
