Volunteering is fun!

The idea is to have the students become aware of volunteering via the communities mentorship program that is currently being ran at Sam Pudlat School. The students via video interviews, pictures and discussions with elders and other community members will discuss the importance of volunteering for tradition as well as to help each other out, and also allow different activities to continue. Because students at a younger level will be learning and discussing the pros and cons to volunteering, at the same time as learning the importance of continuing to connect, engage, thrive and lead in changing times of the north, as well as continue with prompting their language and traditions.
