Students Against Destructive Decisions

The Highwood SADD Team is a group of 25+students that are passionate about getting their message out to the community. While the main focus is on "Friends don't drink and drive" they have expanded their efforts to include anti-driving and texting and play safe ideologies. They attend conferences, host conferences, sponsor assemblies and awareness days, distribute taxi cards, posters, coasters, work with the RCMP at check stops and put booths up at local functions. They are very active and usually fundraise between $3,000 and $5, 000 per year.
