Published by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF), this unit is designed for teachers to use with Grade 10 English classes. It explores digital game literacy and the possibilities of creating and using digital games as a means of fostering social advocacy and change. The four lessons engage students in researching a local or global social issue of their own choice and using the digital game medium as a means of educating and informing.
